Our Mission
Castaways Animal Rescue Effort (C.A.R.E.) was incorporated in 2015. We are a non-profit, volunteer-run 501 (c)(3) organization devoted to saving pets that have been neglected, abused or abandoned. Castaways has “speutered” over 4000 cats, and we have placed nearly 300 cats into loving homes. We envision a world where no animal is left behind.
